Pocket radio made in Hong Kong in the 60s for GB market - 6 Hitachi transistors - small but reasonable sound - MW - black plastic with silver paint with metal front parts - 9V supply by 1 P cell - schematics inside cabinet. Swops was a major constructor of small transistor radios in the 1960s and made radios for several  radio-companies under many brandnames.

Pocket radio made in Hong Kong in the 60s for GB market - 6 Hitachi transistors - small but reasonable sound - MW - black plastic with silver paint with metal front parts - 9V supply by 1 P cell - schematics inside cabinet - If you look carefully at the two pictures above you can see that the company used the same cabinet base to construct a vertical and a horizontal radio without the extra design cost of two cabinets, the pcbs inside the cabinet are almost identical.
