Big radio of high quality from 1958, made in Belgium. Inside a MBLE chassis and early pcb that is fully equipped with Philips parts. The cabinet is made by MBLE. The radio employs seven Philips glass transistors and has exeptional reception and sound quality. The speaker is Philips made. The radio was also meant to be used as table top radio, then you could snap off the carrying handle. It is supplied by 4 'D' cells for 6V. The battery holder is by "Pile Wonder" France. Bands are MW and LW.
